Free Private Introductory LessonIf you are not quite ready to commit to the 4-Week Start Up Special, this is a GREAT way to meet one of our instructors and learn more about our programs and options.
During the FREE Private Introductory Lesson, prospective students and their families will meet one-on-one with one of our instructors. The instructor will guide the student through an exploratory process, identifying goals and interests. Prospective students and their families will be invited onto the mat for a very basic introduction to the skills and techniques they will be learning in class. Dragons 1 & 2
After completing the 4-Week Start Up Special, your 3-7 year old child will have the opportunity to continue into the Dragons Program. The transition is seamless with your child remaining in the same class, with the same peers and the same instructor as before. Your child will now have the opportunity to promote and earn belts in the Dragon's class.
Dragons 1 is specifically designed for 3 to 5 year olds. Dragon students are immersed in engaging and age-appropriate classes with instructors who know how to keep things fun and fast-paced while instilling the values of respect, self-control, courtesy and humility. Dragons 1 students progress through their own double-striped belt advancement.
Dragons 2 is specifically designed for 5 to 7 year olds. Dragons 2 students are immersed in fast-paced, challenging classes which incorporate fun drills introducing basic martial arts skills. The values of respect, self-control, courtesy and humility are woven throughout classes. Dragons 2 students progress through their own double-striped belt advancement.
While having fun in our Dragon’s classes, your child will learn:

Leadership Level 1
After completing the 4-Week Start Up Special you will have the opportunity to continue into our Leadership Level 1 program. The transition is seamless. You will remain in the same class, with the same peers and the same instructor as before. You will now have the opportunity for belt promotion. Our Leadership Level 1 classes builds on the learning started during the 4-Week Trial. Leadership Level 1 provides a solid foundation of martial arts skills needed to advance onward through the belt ranks, should the student choose to do so. Leadership Level 1 is a pre-requisite to our Leadership Level 2 membership. While enrolled in the Leadership Level 1, you will learn basic martial arts skills and techniques from kicks to punches to block and self-defense. Through the martial arts classes you will also build skills in the areas of:

- Self-Control Gratitude

Leadership Level 2
Our Leadership Level 2 membership is designed specifically for those who have decided to continue their martial arts learning beyond the basics. Leadership Level 2 classes take on a faster and more intense pace and encompass more challenging and engaging opportunities for students. As part of the Leadership Program students will learn:

SWAT
Our SWAT membership is specifically designed and tailored to those who seek to build on their leadership skills. SWAT members gain advanced skills and abilities through advanced trainings as well as opportunities to lead and assist in classes. As a SWAT team member you will:
- Build strong relationship development skills
- Have the opportuntiy to be an ambassador in class and at community events
- Develop the ability to communicate effectively and lead confidently
- Manage time effectively
- Gain skills in working on and with a team
DELTA
Our DELTA membership is our highest level of membership and is designed and tailored is for those who aspire to be a formal class helper, assistant or instructor. DELTA members gain advanced skills and abilities through advanced trainings and receive specialized instruction in classroom management, teaching techniques and leadership training.
